FHM will provide academic, vocational, and professional training in order to graduate and certify skilled and professional male and female workforce, who would be equipped with the best practices in safety and safety awareness, vocational discipline, and FHM values and ethics. FHM’s candidates will engage in various activities related to vocational and professional training. The center will provide various tracks including, but not limited to a diploma track targeting Saudi high school graduates, a special training track targeting TVTC graduates and Saudi college graduates, and a certification track targeting the general Saudi workforce in the tourism and facilities and hospitality management industries.
The objective is to develop national workforce in tourism and facilities and hospitality management in order to meet the industry demand for skilled and professional male and female workforce in Saudi Arabia. In additional, to improve the quality of the national tourism and facilities and hospitality management through human capital development that supports localization of knowledge and skills and helps in reducing national unemployment rates.
